SigmaDAF USA, incorporated in the USA and headquartered in Milwaukee, WI, is a joint venture (JV) agreement between Simadaf Clarifiers and Clearwater Industries to design, manufacture, supply, sell, and support dissolved air flotation (DAF), membrane bioreactor (MBR), and moving bed biofilm (MBBR) systems for wastewater treatment in the United States of America. Together, the DAF and biological systems remove and reduce TSS, O&G, BOD, COD, TKN, ammonia, and more. With the removal capabilities, these systems serve many applications and industries, including food production, meat processing, dairy, oil and gas, energy, desalination, municipal waters, and more.

The compact and self-contained MBR and MBBR systems make them true plug-and-play units. These systems contain all the necessary instruments and include an enclosed control room, making them easy to install and operate. The compact MBR systems can treat flows up to 39,600 GPD, and the compact MBBR systems can treat flows up to 92,500 GPD.
