Servicing the aggregate industry led us to design and manufacture our systems to withstand the harshest of conditions. Over the years, the variety of applications for our portable water clarifiers has expanded to include drilling, dredging, environmental clean-up, tunneling, and more. PORTABLE CLARIFIERS
The CW2000RPC is a turnkey, 8.5′ wide Rectangular Portable Clarifier capable of treating up to 1200 GPM of influent with a solids loading as high as 15% w/w. This clarifier uses a traditional sedimentation process with coagulants and flocculants. Settled solids are collected via dual tri-arm rakes, sequenced by (2) pneumatic knife gates, and removed via a rotary lobe pump. Bed level automation is automated and adjustable to maximize water retention and minimize the volume of waste material. These units can be configured with onboard in feed pumps, clean water discharge pumps, or both. The CW2000RPC is a complete, road legal, portable water clarifier. Complete with flange connections, single-point electrical hook-up, hydraulic jacking legs, and tilt-up handrails.
The CW2500RPC is a turnkey, 12′ wide Rectangular Portable Clarifier capable of treating up to 2000 GPM of influent with a solids loading as high as 15% w/w. This clarifier uses a traditional sedimentation process with coagulants and flocculants. Settled solids are collected via dual tri-arm rakes, sequenced by (2) pneumatic knife gates, and removed via a rotary lobe pump. Bed level automation is automated and adjustable to maximize water retention and minimize the volume of waste material. These units can be configured with onboard in-feed pumps, clean water discharge pumps, or both. The CW2500RPC is a complete, road-legal, portable clarifier. The CW2000RPC-LSL is a turnkey, 8.5′ wide Rectangular Portable Clarifier capable of treating up to 800 GPM of influent with a solids loading of under 1500 mg/L TSS. Designed to be used with coagulants, flocculants, and recirculating sands, the CW25000RPC-LSL is capable of removing low SG solids from surface waters and precipitation projects. The integrated design includes acid, base, coagulant and flocculant metering pumps, PLC, and HMI controls with setpoints, flange connections, tilt-up handrails, and hydraulic jacking legs to ease installation requirements. The road-legal nature of this design makes it a perfect fit for emergency response or rental clarifier jobs.

Designed to be used with coagulants, flocculants, and recirculating sands, the CW25000RPC-LSL is capable of removing low SG solids from surface waters and precipitation projects. The integrated design includes a dry flocculant preparation system, acid, base, and coagulant metering pumps, PLC, and HMI controls with setpoints, flange connections, tilt-up handrails, and hydraulic jacking legs to ease installation requirements.
The CW2500RPC-CRS is a turnkey, 12′ wide portable water clarifier capable of treating up to 1200 GPM of influent. Designed to be used with a clay flocculant, the CW25000RPC is capable of removing heavy metals in wastewater streams. The integrated design includes dry clay preparation systems, bulk bag storage, PLC and HMI controls with setpoints with flange connections, tilt-up handrails, and hydraulic jacking legs to ease installation requirements.

The CW2000HC clarifier features two tanks each measuring 11′ in diameter and 28′ in overall height. It is capable of clarifying a nominal flow rate of 2000 GPM of process water.
The CW4000HC clarifier features four tanks each measuring 11′ in diameter and 28′ in overall height. It is capable of clarifying a nominal flow rate of 4000 GPM of process water.
