Clearwater is proud to announce the successful pilot test of our CW2000RPC portable water clarifier at a Wisconsin limestone quarry. After completing the manufacturing and assembly work on our units, we wet test every machine. Being a new design, the customer and Clearwater found it beneficial to further vet the system with a full functional pilot test. The complete pilot took one week from delivery to tear down and clean up. During the pilot, 400 GPM of wash water was treated, our calculations show the system could have treated 1000 GPM, however, we were limited on flow from the rental slurry pump. We’re proud to have clean water flowing over the weirs after only 6 hours of the portable equipment being brought on site.
