Lead Electrical Technician
- Reports to: Production Manager
- Location: 9333 N 49th St, Brown Deer, WI 53223
- Job Type: Full-Time, exempt
- Work Arrangement: Primarily on-site (Monday-Friday), with occasional travel to job sites (up to 20% of time with an open schedule based on customer needs).
Compensation:
- $70,000.00 – $90,000.00 annual salary range based on experience (non-exempt)
- Quarterly production bonus
Job Summary
Clearwater Industries is seeking a skilled Lead Electrical Technician to support & manage the design, programming, testing, and commissioning of our water clarification systems. This hands-on role combines electrical expertise with team leadership and includes both in-shop and occasional off-site work. Ideal candidates bring experience in industrial automation, PLC/HMI programming, and a strong commitment to quality and collaboration.

Qualifications
- Formal educational certificates in industrial automation required
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in panel design & programming required
- Experience with Allen Bradley, Maple Systems, and Lenze products preferred
- Experience in Ethernet IP network design required
- Experience in Industrial Automation (FAT)
- Knowledge of NEC
- Experience in AutoCAD electrical is strongly preferred
