ONSITE TRAINING
We see the delivery of our equipment as the beginning of our relationship with a new client. To this end, we are committed to ensuring the successful start-up and implementation of our equipment. This process can vary due to the site-specific conditions and the sophistication of the equipment provided. After the equipment is started up successfully, and the operators are trained, we also offer free unlimited phone support through the equipment’s life.
CLIENT EDUCATION & PRESENTATIONS
Many variables play a role in the development of a successful process water treatment system. To help understand those variables, we provide education to our clients during onsite meetings, telephone conferences, and via email. Plus we provide informational Powerpoint presentations upon request. Topics discussed include an overview of how polymers work and the evolution of water clarification technology.
Clearwater creates custom presentations for prospective clients that detail specifications for their site. Further, we’ll create presentations for the DEQ/EPA to address environmental impact concerns.
We believe that investing in client education is of the utmost importance. We work to empower our customers by providing them with the training they need to operate their equipment confidently.
FEASIBILITY STUDY
We offer free jar testing because it provides actionable information about the specific parameters of an application. Therefore, jar testing is an excellent starting point for a well-informed feasibility study. Once we have the results and an approximate flow rate, we can begin developing a water clarification system, including the logistics involved and estimated hourly run costs.
These feasibility studies are provided free of charge in order to equip prospective clients with the information they need. We want you to feel confident in regards to your process water management decisions.
POND DESIGN
Once we understand a site’s landscape, we design customized systems for our clients. We work with them to determine the optimal location and dimensions of ponds for solids storage and clean water discharge.
SITE ANALYSIS
Understanding your site and its specific challenges are of the utmost importance. Once we gather an appropriate amount of information, we analyze the site and provide recommendations based on our decades of experience in the field of water clarification.
