Equipment - Clearwater Model 3000 Big Bag System
The Clearwater Industries Model 3000 Big Bag System is specifically designed for the customer who consumes copious amounts of polymer. It is designed to dispense a 1750 lb. "Super Sack" of polymer, properly make it down, mix, and age it, so as to rapidly settle suspended solids out of dirty water. This system is designed for the large polymer consumer. The Clearwater Industries Model 3000 is built to be fully automatic and very reliable. The Model 3000 will deliver 300 pounds per hour of polymer with an aging time of 45 minutes.

- One progressive cavity polymer disbursement pump. Variable speed pump drive with 4-20 mA inputs. Maximum pump delivery is 50 or 125 gpm
- Tank is constructed of fiberglass with stainless steel mixer shaft and props
- 3" square steel framework painted with aliphatic urethane epoxy paint, which yields a high chemically resistant finish that fades little under UV rays

Optional Features:
- Wedgewood Auto Floc Controller adjusts polymer dosage depending on solid content in wastewater
- Multi-gang manifold allows polymer solution to be pumped to several different locations
- Remote speed pot allows controller to adjust polymer pump speeds while away from the unit
- Can be configured with two 3000 gallon tanks, as pictured, or two 1500 gallon tanks (Model 1500 Big Bag System)
