Equipment - Model 150 Flocculant Metering and Injection Equipment 
Clearwater Industries custom builds Flocculant Mixing Systems to conform to plants with existing polymer tanks and flocculant mixers. The Model 150 is a dry polymer feed system only. This system is ideal for:
- Large Aggregate Producers.
- Paper Mills.
- Oil Refineries
- Waster Water Treatment Plants.
Features:
- Custom built to control existing mixers, valves, & polymer injection systems
- Creamy solution with full uncoiling and no fish-eyes.
- 6 cubic foot stainless steel hopper for multiple 55# bags.
- Variable speed screw feeder with solid shaft auger.
- 2 HP inverter duty motor and 5.57-1 gear reducer drives the screw feeder.
- Low water pressure protection, run dry protection, low polymer alarm.
- 25 gallon per minute funnel pump and 2 HP motor moves solution to the customers existing flocculant make down equipment.
- Two, pneumatic actuated valves control water to and from the funnel pump.
- Allen-Bradley Panel View Display and PLC, provides manual or automatic operation of polymer mixing system.
- Flocculant Make Down System is fully automatic, batching continuously.
Clearwater Industries can:
- Integrate our flocculant metering equipment to the plant control center.
- Provide hoppers for 55# bags or "Super Sacks".
- Supply vendor data, submittal drawings, inspection matrix, project schedule, technical summary, and instrumentation specification sheets.
- Include commissioning/start up services, with recommended spare parts list.
- Physically install, wire, and plumb the system in your plant.
Optional Features:
- Optical Sensor or Coriolis Meter to measure solids loading for automatic dosage control.
- Multiple Polymer Metering pumps.
- 3-Way Valves, Mechanical Prop Mixers, Level Sensors, or any item that the customer requires.
Utilities:
- One point electrical hook-up, 460/230 volt 3-phase, 120 volt or 24 volt DC control logic, or customer to specify.
- One point clean water hook-up, 1-1/2" line at 25 to 80 psi.
